I’ll admit, I was drawn in by all the old Swiss adventure heritage talk at first. But once I actually had the watch, I just didn’t feel any of that coming through. It felt more like a regular watch with a big story attached to it than something with real character. Maybe that history matters more to other people, but to me it comes across a little forced and not all that convincing.

My order was stuck in processing for days, and nobody bothered to give me a clear update. I had to chase support myself, and even then they were slow and barely helpful. it felt like they just passed the blame around while I was left wondering what was going on. Really frustrating experience

I really liked the look of the watch, but the strap is just not it. It feels stiff and literally keeps rubbing against my wrist. After a few hours, it gets annoying, and I even tried adjusting it a bunch. For the price, I expected way better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

For a site selling watches, I figured the customer support would be a bit more on point. Instead, it mostly felt like I was being ignored, which made the whole experience frustrating

I don’t know who thought this dial was a good idea. It’s way too cluttered and busy, and I can barely read it without squinting. Something that should be simple is just frustrating to use

I ordered this thinking the watch would match the details on the product page, but it didn’t. Like, the specs listed there weren’t what I actually received, which was frustrating. I was excited to try it out, and then I’m comparing it to the description and noticing the differences right away. Just wish the page had been more accurate.

I sent my Alpina watch in for repair through alpinawatches.com the whole thing turned into a mini nightmare. It took way longer than they originally told me, and I only got updates when I basically had to chase them down like a detective over a watch repair.
When it finally came back, the original problem was still there, and somehow the case had a tiny mark on it that definitely wasn’t there before. They said I could send it back again, but at this point I’m not letting it out of my sight because apparently that’s how disasters start. Really disappointing service...

I got my watch the packaging was kind of a letdown. The box had scuffs on it, the inside looked a bit messy, and it just didn’t feel like what I’d expect for a watch at this price. The watch itself was fine, but the first impression wasn’t great. I really expected it to be packed nicer, not like it was rushed out the door. Disappointed with that part

I was browsing these watches the other night while half-watching TV, i just couldn’t get into the designs. They feel a little too busy for me, with the big dials, lots of extra details, and color combinations that don’t really seem to go together. I usually like something clean and simple, especially for everyday wear, but most of these looked kind of bulky and a bit old-fashioned to me. Maybe someone else would like that look, but it’s just not my style, so I was a little disappointed.

I was disappointed with this. The strap broke after just a few weeks of use, which really shouldn’t happen that quickly. I also wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, just to make sure I was using it the right way. Overall, not a great experience.

Tried using the site. Didn’t get far. Pages were slow for me, and even simple watch info took too many clicks. Mobile menu felt messy. Filters acted weird sometimes too. I ended up giving up before buying. Just felt like too much hassle. For a watch site, I expected a much smoother experience.

I really wanted to like this Alpina, but after just a few days it’s already off by quite a bit. Maybe I’m expecting too much, or maybe I just got unlucky with this one, but for the price I thought the accuracy would be better. It’s frustrating having to keep checking and resetting it.

I bought this mostly for the smartwatch features, but after using it for a bit, I’m tired of dealing with it. It looks nice on my wrist, but the actual smart features feel unfinished, especially when syncing with my phone takes forever or just stops updating out of nowhere.

The notifications are really inconsistent too. Sometimes they come through, sometimes they don’t, and the app doesn’t make it easy to figure out what’s going wrong. I’ve had to reconnect it more than once, and at this point I just don’t have the patience to keep troubleshooting something that should just work.
For the price, I expected a much smoother experience. As a regular watch, it’s fine and looks good, but as a smartwatch it’s been a letdown. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I bought my Alpina watch thinking the battery would last a good while, especially for the price. But... it started acting weird way sooner than I expected.

It kept losing power here and there, and then eventually just stopped altogether. I’ve had cheaper watches last longer before needing anything done, so having to replace the battery this early was frustrating.

Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but... it left a really poor impression. I expected better from alpinawatches.com, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I was surprised when the watch showed up because it looked huge on my wrist. The sizing info made it seem like it would be more reasonable, so that was frustrating. I wish they had been clearer about the actual size before I ordered...

I was expecting a lot better, but the whole thing just ended up feeling frustrating. By the end, I felt mentally drained and like I’d wasted my money. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

A friend recommended this to me, so I was really hoping it would hold up. Unfortunately, it got wet one time and just stopped working completely. Disappointing, especially since I expected it to be at least somewhat water resistant.
